My love for flowers began back in 2004 when I was just 21 years old. At the time, I worked full-time in administration and attended evening floristry classes. The moment I crafted my first buttonhole; I realised this was where I wanted to be – floristry had completely won me over hook line and sinker! By the age of 28, I had relocated to Suffolk and opened a tiny flower shop in the charming village of Castle Hedingham. I absolutely loved connecting with the locals, creating wedding florals for daughters marrying in the village church, or making farewell flowers for the older generation. Village life was wonderfully close-knit – it was bliss.

A few years later, I have settled in the picturesque Kent countryside with my husband, our young daughter, and a lively assortment of animals. Most days, you’ll find me busy in the vegetable garden harvesting parsnips or hard at work in the greenhouse sowing seeds for future bouquets. It’s since I have lived in Kent that my love for nature has truly developed and I am so lucky to be able to use seasonally British grown flowers from my own flower farm on the East Sussex-Kent Border, as well as local flower farms, in my work.

My ethos is simple: create seasonal and sustainable florals showcasing their most wild and natural beauty.
